We rent out our spacious 3-bedroom-apartment direct on the very first beach line. The apartment is situated on the ground floor in the small and homely urbanisation 'El Diamante'. The sandy beach is just 5 Meters in front of the apartment! You enjoy beautiful directly sea views. The community has 2 swimming pools. Downstairs you will find the fully equipped kitchen and the first bedroom with own shower room. Further here you will find the spacious living room with fireplace and dining place for 6 people. From the living room you have direct access to a terrace with frontal and sea views. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and second roofed terrace which overlooks the beach. Here you will also find the third bedroom with own bathroom. The whole apartment is furnished in andalusian style and offers a lot of space for relaxing holidays on the sea!
Location
The apartment is situated just 10 meters away from the pool and 5 meters from the beach! The Urbanisation 'El Diamante' is built direct on the beach of Casares. So you enjoy a free view over the Mediterranean and the coast of Casares. The urbanisation is only 14km far away from the village of Casares, which is called 'pearl' of this region. This is a small typical Andalusian village with small picturesque alleyways. On the highest elevation, there is an old spire and a peel, from this place you have a wonderful prospect to the strait of Gibraltar. Its not far to the famous lookout point Mirador de Juanar and to the Valle de los Naranjos with its unique orange-woods. The next small village with numerous shopping, dining and facilities to go out is Sabinillas/Manilva in 3 min. by car. The bigger and vital Estepona is in 8 min. accessible. To the small intimate marina of Puerto de la Duguesa is 4 min. by car drive, Marbella and Puerto Banus in 20min.

Sabinillas is in the next village, just 2km. far away from the urbanisation. You can drive in to the village or walk on the beach to the centre. In Sabinillas you will find farmacy, banks, backery, shops, bars, restaurants and 3 supermarkets. Just 3min. drive far away is the marina port of Puerto de la Duquesa with numerious shops, bars, restaurants, business centre and fitness studio. To the near white village of Casares are just 14 km. Marbella nd Pueto banus are 20 min. drive away. The region around Marbella is well known for its abundance of golf courses! That’s the reason why the Costa del Sol between Marbella and Estepona is named Costa del Golf. Every Golfer will find the convenient place for his game under 100 offered golf courses! No matter of being a Golfmaster or a greenhorn beginner, the region offers to any taste or severity diversified opportunities. Comments to price
All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per night. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 42,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 120,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

NOTE: rates for the period 01.Nov. 2009 - 25.Mar.2010 are for minimum stay of 4 weeks!

Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date. **** Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).
