Choosen colours and fabrics create an uniquie ambience, where you can feel just like at home. The spacious property goes over 2 floors and offers on over 170m² built surface plus 55m² of partly covered terraces a lot of space to enojoy and relax.
The spacious living room offers frontal seaviews. In the center of the lounge area you will find 2 comfortable sofas infornt of the large fireplace. On the other side a small leisure corner with 2 comfortable armchairs. From lounge area you have direct access to the covered main terrace. From the terrace you overlook the beach of Playa Galera. On this terrace you will find a large dining table to seat up to 6 people and 4 weaker sofas to enjoy the panoramic views reading a book or drinking a glass of wine...
Behind the living room is the opne planed kitchen with utility room. From the kitchen you have direct access to the separate dining room offerind a large dining table to suite up to 6 persons.
On the other side of the living room you will find the downstairs bedrooms, both spacious, equipped with built-in walldrobes and en-suite-bathrooms. The beachside bedroom is bigger and offers frontal seaviews.
On this level there is also a separate guest toilet.
Steps beside the fireplace are leading on to the upper floor where you will find the master bedroom-suite and the roof terrace. The master bedroom is very spacious and offers large window front with direct seaviews and access to the sunny terrace. The master bedroom-suite offers large double bed and large en-suite bathroom with double bassin, WC, bidet, whirlpool bath and separate shower.
On the sunny terrace you can enjoy the sun from early morning till late at night. Here you will find 2 sunloungers.
In this part of the community our guests have the opportunity to choose one from 2 pools in total. The main comminity pool is very spacious and direct on the beach! The sandy beach of Playa Ancha is just few steps away, in walking distance you will find also 2 beach bars.

As you travel west from the sophisticated resort of Marbella, passing the beautiful fishing port of Estepona in the direction of Sotogrande, the coastline begins to dramatically change. | All modern comforts are provided in these privately-owned apartments which have been furnished and equipped to an exceptional standard, reflecting the different Spanish and Moorish styles of the region. Each one has air conditioning and a separate covered terrace or balcony facing out to sea. La Perla de la Bahia is divided into two separate communities. The apartments facing Playa Ancha have the use of four swimming pools and those facing La Galera, on the other side of the tower, have the use of three pools. This penthouse is in the part with 4 pools (2 heated!). Further thsi penthouse offers a huge roof terrace with amazing panoramic seaviews and the hole day directly sunlight! |

All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per night. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 49,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 120,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)
If required: WIFI-internet access for EUR 3,-/night, bookable only for the hole rental period
NOTE: rates for the period 01.Nov. 2009 - 27.Mar.2010 are for minimum stay of 2 weeks!
Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date. **** Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).
