This luxury apartment is located in the beautiful urbanisation of Terrazas de la Bahia which lies just outside the towns of Estepona and Casares and only 30 minutes from Marbella. The apartment has two large terraces. The main terrace offers nicely views over the sea and the private enclosed garden. From this garden you can overlook also the community gardens and the main community pools. The hole apartment has been furnished to an lighty and comfortable style with numerious decorations and lamps. Each room in is an different colour. The living room is in a warm red colour with a very comfortable lounge area with large sofa and 2 armchairs. The dining area is in a spanisch style and offers a large dining table with sideboard to seat up to 4 people. From the living room you have direct access to the main terrace with nicely views over the coastline towards Marbella and out to sea. On the main terrace is a gardentable with 4 chairs and 2 sunbeds. The masterbedroom is furnished very tastefully and has also direct acess to the main seaside terrace and an en-suite-showerroom. Here you will find 2 single beds, which are put together to a large king size bed. The second bedroom is funished to a spanish landstyle and has 2 twin beds with direct access to a second full-bath. The kitchen is fully equipped.

This is the perfect holiday home, for all, who would like to spend their holidays in a unique atmosphere. The apartment next door can also be booked for larger families!

Extras: wireless ADSL-internet access via modem for fast internet. Costs: EUR 3,-/day (can be booked only for the hole holiday period)
Location
The Urbanisation 'Terrazas de la Bahia' is built on a small hill, beside the beach in the Bahia de Casares. So you enjoy a free view over the Mediterranean and the coast of Casares. The urbanisation is only 10km far away from the village of Casares, which is called 'pearl' of this region. This is a small typical Andalusian village with small picturesque alleyways. On the highest elevation, there is an old spire and a peel; from this place you have a wonderful prospect to the strait of Gibraltar. It’s not far to the famous lookout point Mirador de Juanar and to the Valle de los Naranjos with its unique orange-woods. The next small village with numerous shopping, dining and facilities to go out is Sabinillas/Manilva in 3 min. by car. The bigger and vitally Estepona is in 8 min. accessible. To the small intimate marina of Puerto de la Duguesa is 4 min. by car drive, Marbella and Puerto Banus in 20min. It is a 10 minute stroll to the sandy beach.

The apartment is very tastefully and to high standards furnished. The hole apartment has been frunished very warm and lighty with numerious unique decorations. In the living room you will find a comfortable lounge area with large sofa and 2 armchairs with terrace and garden views. The elegantly dining place with sideboard offers place to seat up to 4 people. On the large seaside terrace you will find 2 sunbeds and gardenfuniture to seat 4 people. From here you enjoy beautiful sea- and garden views. On the second gardenside terrace you will find a further dining table with chairs to seat up to 6 people. This terrace on the backside of the apartment offers afternoon- and evening sunshine!

Comments to price
All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per night. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 35,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 100,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

If required: WIFI-internet access for EUR 3,-/night, bookable only for the hole rental period

NOTE: rates for the period 01.Nov. 2009 - 27.Mar.2010 are for minimum stay of 4 weeks!

Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date. **** Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).
