December 2008 um 10:45 Uhr We are used to drive by car (van) to Marbella area with our both daughters (today 11 & 17 years) and two smaller dogs since 6 years in Easter and autum time - eachtime for 2 weeks. In autum 2008 our usual domicile (which is as well very well furnished) was occupied due to selfusage of the owner of the house. So we decided to (intentional onetime) search for an alternative. Everything was found as prospected. It is proper and very convenient domicile with all the garden, pool and walking area at the beach side (only few steps by feet). As well the closed area (where only the holidaymakers have access to) incl. the from time to time visible security guards (at night) give a very comfortable feeling. In the dining room a large Sat-TV with Astra and in the parents bedroom a Sat TV with Sky-Set-Top-Box is available. Incoming calls on the landline phone and perfect DSL Internet were a great pleasure for father's business & daughters ICQ connections... A small comment for visitors without a car: you walk a 30 minutes to come to the next supermarket in Sabrinella, The next Lidl needs a 20 Minutes walking. It was never a problem for us, due to the van we used to drive in Casares as well. We decided to change to this domicile (which documents our satisfaction) for next Easter time 2009 as well. Thanks to Peter Beer, who is a very friendly and customer oriented owner of the house - 5 stars for his treatment - excellent. December 2008 um 21:44 Uhr Wir haben in der Zeit Ende Sept.- Anfang Okt. 08 in diesem sehr sauberen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten App. unsere Ferien verbracht. Lage und Ausstattung waren so schön wie beschrieben. Der Kontkat zum Vermieter war sehr gut und die Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge fanden wir sehr freundlich, sowas haben wir bisher noch bei keinem Vermieter erlebt. Ein Mietwagen ist in jedemfall zu empfehlen. Das App. war angnehm ruhig, der Strand immer schön leer und der Garten, wie auch die Poolanlage wurden täglich gepflegt. Unser ausdrücklicher Dank gilt der tierfreundlichen Vermietung, nicht jeder Vermieter erlaubt kleine Hunde. Wir kommen bestimmt im nächsten Jahr wieder. Allen Interessenten möchten wir diesen Vermieter empfehlen, er hat alle Erwartungen vollständig erfüllt. Wir freuen uns auf weiteren Kontakt.
