The décor and furnishings of this spacious house have a stylish, African theme. This unique property offers excellent accommodation for up to six people with a separate salon, dining room and kitchen as well as three bedrooms, all of which have en suite bathrooms.
Outside, on the south-facing terrace, there is a plunge pool (3,3m X 3,2m), a gas barbeque and, in a comfortably shaded area, a large antique oak dining table with matching chairs; altogether the perfect place to while away those long hot days whilst enjoying the spectacular views.
ground floor:
The fully fitted and well equipped kitchen has a breakfast table and chairs. There is also a separate, attractively furnished, formal dining room. From the large, comfortable salon, French doors lead to the terrace where there is a plunge pool, a gas barbeque and an attractive dining area. On the ground floor also is a guest toilet.
first floor:
Two lovely twin bedrooms, each of which has an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath, shower and basin and a fully-furnished, covered balcony with chairs, coffee table and sofa and wonderful views of the mountains and Mediterranean. |

| Situación |
From San Pedro de Alcántara, just south of Marbella, the road winds and climbs in the direction of the ancient town of Ronda. Ascending through a landscape dominated by the striking shell-shaped mountain 'La Concha', you pass the famous Los Arqueros golf course and suddenly catch sight of this lovely Andalucian hilltop village, a jewel unto itself.
In the 19th century, Don Manuel Augustín Heredia, the owner of a local iron mine, bought this land for timber. In 1983 one of his descendants began to build this village. His creative imagination set the style and splashes of Mediterranean colour enhance the individuality of each house. In 1994 La Perla Living took over the project and in 1997 they were awarded the International Property Magazine prize for the best Spanish residential development.
Cobbled streets weave around the village and a maze of intriguing pathways and hidden flights of stone steps, all bedecked by glorious scented flowers, lead between the bright houses. The views from all points of the village are simply breathtaking and on a clear day you can see Gibraltar and the North African coastline.
The colourful homes in this award-winning private community are uniquely individual - no two are alike! The village offers many amenities, including the La Casita restaurant, and the services offered by La Perla Club staff will ensure that your stay in La Heredia meets all your expectations.

All prices are quoted per day for accommodation only, including water, electricity, maid service and fresh towels twice a week, fresh linen once a week. Additional costs: Returnable damage deposit: EUR 200,- or 15% of the total rental price (which even is higher) Any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.
Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the total rental price (not refundable nor transferable!) will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 56 days before arrival date. **** Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable: 1. More than 42 days notice given - Total of 30% deposit (not refundable nor transferable) . 2. between 42 - 29 days notice given - loss of 50% of the total letting cost (Security deposit to be returned) 3. 28 days or less notice given - loss of 100% of the total letting cost (Security deposit to be returned).
