On the beach you will find a chiringuito, just 300 meters away are several bars, shops an discotheque.

The urbanisation VENALMAR is situated directly on a sandy beach between San Perdo de Alcantara and Estepona. The urbanisation is built of very spacious townhouses and apartments with the character of a small andalusian village. In the middle of the very well kept tropical gardens is the large communal pool with childrens pool and several sunbeds. Form the gardens you have direct access to the beach. There you will find a small chrininguito (beach bar) and the private children playin area of the urbanisation. Only a short drive by car you can reach Puerto Banus, Marbella, Estepona, San Pedro de Alcantara, Ronda and many other villages.

Prices are quoted per day for each appartment ot town house including water, electricity, change of bed linen and towels every 7 days. In peak season, minimum of 7 days reservation accepted. A returnable security deposit of EUR 200,- will be included in your invoice. Any breakages or damages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. Suppement: Any reservations for less than 7 days or arriving on a sunday will be subject to a surcharge of EUR 50,-.

BOOKING CONDITIONS: A deposit of 50% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date.

CANCELATIONS
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
1. More than 56 days notice given - loss of 50% deposit
2. between 56 - 14 days notice given - loss of deposit
3. 13 days or less notice given - loss of total payment.
We strongly advise that clients take advantage of cancellation insurance.
